Don&#8217;t lean forward or back. Close your eyes, and allow your mind to rest.<\/p>\n<p>1. Gently close your right nostril with your thumb and slowly exhale through your left nostril. Inhale slowly through your left nostril.<br \/>\n2. Gently close your left nostril with your index finger and exhale through your right nostril. Inhale normally through your right nostril.<br \/>\n3. Continue this pattern for 5 minutes or so. You can switch arms if you&#8217;re starting to feel fatigued.
